I never dreamed when I was a little girl sitting at my grandmothers sewing machine making
my doll clothes that it was the beginning of my sewing career. I have been doing arts & crafts
of all kinds since the day she put a needle in my left hand. Yes, I said left hand. I can make a

make the wraps that go to the right. I can fix them so they will cross over from the left side. I

All About Bath Towel Wraps

As a life long Quilter I enjoy working with fabrics. Matching colors is what I feel I do best.

Welcome to Lela's Tender Touches

When I decided to start the towel wrap business Tim, my husband asked me what was I going to
name it? This part was the easiest for me, all I had to do was to think of my Grandmother
Lela. She had me sitting at her old Singer foot push pedal sewing machine at the the tender age
of 7. With her soft sweet voice and her gentle hands to guide me along over and over. The first
item I made was a cute little apron. It only took me a few minutes to name my towel wrap
business, Lela's Tender Touches. I know she would be happy for me, that's who she was always thinking of others never herself. This is how the name Lela's Tender Touches was started, years
ago for the deep love I was lucky enough to be able to share with my Grandmother, Lela.
